Terry is an absolute pro.
First, he answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. Unheard of in most cases nowadays.
Second, he was fair, to the point and honest with his diagnosis and cost estimates on my headset.
After determining he could not obtain the module needed to repair my headset, he returned it to me. A week later he called me to see if I still had and wanted my headset repaired. He stated that he'd obtained some donor headsets and the module needed was included.
I returned the headset to him and he expedited the repair and returned them to me.
Terry was pleasant to talk to, engaging and had a genuine interest in repairing my headset and obtaining my satisfaction.
Thank you Terry. You are a rare find. I have and will absolutely recommend you for future repair work.
